By accessing this website or booking services through it, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Private Property Use & Right to Refuse Service
Squaw Peak Villa is a privately owned residence, not a public accommodation. Go AZ Productions LLC reserves the right to refuse service or access to the property to any individual or group at any time, for any reason, with or without explanation. Use of the venue is strictly by invitation and at the discretion of the property owner.

No Tenancy Created
Booking or use of Squaw Peak Villa does not create a landlord-tenant relationship. All use of the property is temporary and governed solely by the terms of the agreed-upon event or production booking. Arizona landlord-tenant laws do not apply to any use of this private venue.

No Employment Relationship
Go AZ Productions LLC is not an equal opportunity employer, nor does it offer employment through the use of this website or the booking of this venue. Any staff, vendors, or services involved in an event are independent and separately contracted.

Direct Booking Requirements
If booking directly (outside of third-party platforms like Peerspace or Giggster), guests are required to:

• Provide a certificate of event liability insurance naming Go AZ Productions LLC as an additional insured

• Submit a refundable security deposit

• Sign a liability waiver prior to the event

Go AZ Productions LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during use of the property and disclaims all responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law.
